| Rules for the BCR "Ranch-hand Club" membership. |

- Adults may become a member of the “Ranch-hand Club” after purchasing a qualifying lodging package from the Buffalo Creek Ranch, LLC (BCR.) Married couples will be given one membership. Memberships may also be purchased for $100.
- All members will be assigned a membership number.
- Members will receive points for every referral they make that results in a new customer for BCR.
- If a new, referred customer presents an existing member’s name and/or membership number when checking in, the member will receive one point for every $10 spent by the referred customer, up to a maximum of 100 points.
- BCR will keep record of such points. A member may accumulate up to 1000 points. The member may redeem his/her points on their next visit. Each point will be worth $1 of undiscounted services up to a maximum of $1000. The points are not redeemable for cash, may not be traded or assigned and may not be used for any type of taxes incurred.
- The owners of BCR reserve the right to cancel any membership at their own discretion for any reason they deem appropriate.
- In cases of divorce it will be the Club members’ responsibility to inform BCR how any accumulated points will be divided and/or assigned.
