Rates, Deposits & Discounts Rates based on double occupancy. 10% discount for Monday through Thursday nights. 20% discount for single occupancy. Add 25% per child if staying in room with parents. Full price if kids stay in their own room. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free. Prices do not include tax. A 50% deposit is required when stay is booked. Balance due upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a later stay. |
| Handicap Provisions We have tried to make our facility as handicap friendly as possible. Many of our amenities are ADA compliant. However, the nature of our business prevents us from being fully ADA compliant. Please call for information on which activities and facilities are suitable for your handicap. Children Well behaved children are welcome. However, children that won’t obey rules should be left at home. This is an operating ranch with many hazards. Disobedient children are a danger to themselves as well as other guests. Pets and Horses Housebroken, well mannered and quiet pets are welcome at the rate of $30 per night. Guests will be responsible for any damages done by their pets. Horses will be boarded at the same rate as any pet. A negative Coggins is required for all horses. Not responsible for lost or injured pets or horses. Damages A valid credit card will be necessary for all guests. Guests agree that costs for any damages done by them, their children or pets will be charged to that card. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: Noon Check-in and check-out times may be flexible if your room is not booked before and/or after your arrival. |
